2021 Results

What is the New Year without results? At ITOMYCH STUDIO, 2021 was marked by a number of events that we simply cannot remain silent about, and we want to share with you!

• 2021, we met with the following membership of 97 people, and now, there are already 174 people. These are not just work units and Users in Jira, but people who want to be here and create products that change the world a little.

• This year 8 engineers became Team or Tech Leads. We sincerely congratulate the guys and wish them even more chances to realize themselves and the most daring projects.

• We have as many as 7 new teams: Python, Node.JS, Research & Development, IT, Delivery, Marketing та Employer Brand Management. They have already shown results and have impressive ambitions.

• 7 And we were not united by work alone this year :) 10 times we gathered for small parties, and 2 times for large corporate events (in compliance with all quarantine measures, of course!).

We attended a lot of online and offline events, launched our own courses for iOS and Android developers (graduating 34 specialists), studied and developed, and got new skills.

We spent a lot of time certifying specialists.

Among Project Managers, there are now the following certificate levels:

• PSM (Professional Scrum Master)
• ICAgile Certified professional
• Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP) I
• Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP) II

Among the engineers, 5 specialists received certification on the AWS Cloud Practitioner.
