About you
At least 2 years of successful experience in active sales as a Sales Manager, BDM or Lead Generator in an IT sourcing company (Mobile and Web Development)
Advanced level of English, both written and verbal, fluent communication skills
Ability to handle the sales process starting from the lead stage to closing
General understanding of development process and technologies for web and mobile apps
Experience in sales through Linkedin and Events, other sources and tools
Hubspot proficiency
Excellent communication and analytical skills
As a plus
Project management knowledge or basics of computer science, tech knowledge of IT services, programming languages, or product management
Experience in preparing commercial offers

Your tasks
Establish lead generation process
Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements
Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Hubspot
Organize meetings with CEO and management, tech leads
Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
Present quotes or estimations to potential clients.
Learn to manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle
Efficient management of the sales pipeline using Hubspot processes
Represent Dashdevs at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with the team
Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
Provide accurate and timely information as required to the management and teammates;
Develop a strong knowledge of Dashdevs products and services to facilitate the sales process
Understand how the benefits of Dashdevs products and services can meet customers’ needs in various business verticals.
