We are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative who will support Business Development Manager during the full cycle of a sales process.

You are going to communicate with clients and to do research for sales needs.

About You

  • 0.5-2 years experience in Lead Generation Process, Sales Process
  • Understanding of the Sales process and communication with the clients
  • Experince and understanding of Ideal Customer Profile Development
  • English at the Intermediate level at least

As a plus

Experience with:

  • LinkeIn communication
  • HubSpot CRM
  • JIRA
  • Lead Generation tools
  • Massmail

Responsibilities

  • Support Business Development Manager
  • Communicate with clients in a written form
  • Outreach potential leads
  • Creating ICP and data sets for leads generation process
  • Other tasks related to a sales process

Interview steps

  • CV is reviewed by technical specialists
  • Answers to previous questions before the interview
  • Interview with a recruiter (30 – 45 minutes)
  • Technical interview (up to 90 minutes)
  • Feedback at each stage
