The team plays a key role in setting the engineering standards for the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security architecture, with a focus on the financial industry. You will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions to protect financial systems and data from cyber threats.
8+ years of experience in security engineering
Experience working with public cloud providers: AWS, GCP or other
Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices
Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems, vulnerability management, and encryption
Experience with security standards such as ISO, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR
Familiarity with financial industry regulations such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SOX, BSA, GLBA and etc.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
At least Upper-Intermediate English.
As a plus
CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications.
Lead the design and implementation of security solutions to protect financial systems and data
Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities, and take proactive measures to prevent and mitigate attacks
Conduct security assessments and penetration tests to identify and address security weaknesses
Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices, and provide guidance and recommendations to the organization
Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
Work with business units to identify and assess security risks, and implement controls to mitigate those risks
Collaborate with the domain leaders to ensure that all security controls are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the organization on security matters
Mentor and train junior team members on security concepts and best practices
