About you
At least 4 years of experience in marketing management and brand communications
Independence and result orientation, motivation to achieve goals (KPI)
Ambition, goal orientation, and a desire to make a direct contribution to the company's development
Proven experience in defining target audiences and conducting successful advertising campaigns, outreach, and expanding new sales channels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in English (C2)
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
Comfortable working with numbers, understanding analytics, metrics and ability to quantitatively assess effectiveness

Responsibilities
Develop a multi-channel marketing strategy and KPIs for the team
Market segmentation and creation of value propositions for the target audience
Propose communication channels and tone of voice
Work on traffic growth and lead generation strategies
Deploy successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution
Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, advertising, social media, lead generation campaigns, email marketing, PR activations
Build strategic partnerships with key industry players and media relations
Manage the marketing budget
Direct and approve marketing and sales materials
Collaborate with the content team to create valuable and engaging content for our website and blog, promo landing pages, and social media content that will lead potential customers down the sales funnel
Manage internal team and agencies as needed
