DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Web Team. The Web Team unites specialists from different technology stacks (.NET, JS/TypeScript, swift/konlin) that build and maintain web/mobile projects in a variety of domains including CRM systems, baking solutions, cartography systems, video, and photo processing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field (System Administration, SRE, automation engineer)
• 3+ years experience with AWS
• 3+ years experience with virtualization technology such as Hyper-v (preferred), Docker
• 2+ years experience using configuration management tools like SaltStack, Ansible, or Puppet
• Solid scripting experience using Powershell
• Previous experience working in a hybrid cloud environment
• Strong proficiency in various web hosting technologies: IIS, nginx, apache
• Microsoft Windows Server technology at an Enterprise level (Server 2016 / 2019, SQL 2019, Clustering, Hyper-v)
• Linux’s administration experience (ubuntu, debian, centos)
• Experience supporting ²⁴⁄₇ e-commerce websites
• Deep understanding of best practices for high availability and fault tolerance
• Clear understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI model, DNS, NTP, vLANs)
• At least Intermediate level of spoken and written English

Recommended Experience

• Experience with Azure
• Experience using Python
• Familiar with PCI compliance requirements
• Certifications: AWS solutions architect, MCSE, CCNA
• Creating Splunk or Grafana dashboards
• Familiarity with using scripts and APIs as part of monitoring tools such as Zabbix
• Experience with SAML and specifically using Okta for SSO

Responsibilities

• Architect, automate, and manage platform for Engineers and Corporate users
• Participate in hardware/software management lifecycle in highly virtualized environments
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues focusing on root cause analysis
• Help develop strategies to migrate existing environments and services into the cloud
• Continuously improve monitoring and alerting for infrastructure based on KPIs
