We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our BDM Team. The BDM Team unites specialists both from sales and marketing generating both inbound and outbound leads. You will be responsible for extending the client database, representing our company on the international market, and gaining new opportunities


  • At least 0.5+ year of successful experience in active sales as a Sales Manager/BDM
  • Advanced level of English - written and verbal, fluent communication skills
  • Ability to handle the sales process starting from the warm lead stage to closing
  • General understanding of development process and technologies for web and mobile apps
  • Experience in sales through LinkedIn / Upwork/ Events, other sources, and tools
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in lead generation
  • Project management knowledge or basics of computer science, tech knowledge of IT services, programming languages/product management
  • Experience in preparing commercial offers
  • Second Foreign Language


  • Sales Management: Learn to manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle; Efficient management of the sales pipeline using Hubspot processes; Represent Dashdevs at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with the team; Meet personal targets and work towards Dashdevs sales goals and profitability
  • Communication: Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship; Provide accurate and timely information as required to the management and teammates
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong knowledge of Dashdevs products and services to facilitate the sales process; Understand how the benefits of Dashdevs products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals
